I’m Mr Prosser – a name that’s been familiar to Alderman Cogan’s since 1975.  I’ve only been at the school since 2010 – the other Mr Prosser is my father who taught at the school for 36 years until he retired in 2011.  I think the time my father spent at the school and the fact that I followed him here is testament to the character of the school.

I am currently teaching in Year 6 where the children are enjoying the challenge of working hard towards their SATS and also the range of exciting opportunities available to them, such as the annual residential visit to the East Barnby Activity Centre.  I have an interest in sporting activities and I also run an extra-curricular ‘cyber café’ that is extremely popular.

Hopefully I will continue to enjoy my time at Alderman Cogan’s as my father did before me!
